Pros

Pay is super nice and you're paid weekly. 15 days off starting your first year, 10 sick paid (from accumulated hours) and 5 personal non-paid. 3 sick days for every child you have in custody. 2 weeks of vacation starting your second year that can be used or cashed in for direct pay. Ability to purhcase 5 days of paid-time-off every six months. Fast paced industry for those who work well under pressure and can hold their own. Growth opportunities expanding every year in newer districts. Affordable health benefits with comprehensive care, dental, eye, prescription, and life insurance. Culture and environment is accepting and fun. Immediate satisfaction from helping consumers needs directly. Second chances abound for many (although, not without punishment) when they stumble and break company policy.

Cons

Being left to carve your path can sometimes be without guidance, and you can struggle with how to tackle problems and time management. Never be satisfied value can be misconstrued as literal, not as a reasonable goal motivator. Lack of consistent management style, i.e. one store may have managers who are extremely lax on rules, but another manager may be extremely results driven and detail oriented. Some groups in store, from clerks to store manager, can click up and treat newcomers or relief personel feel outcast.

Pros

“ good “ benefits … bonus , and profit.

Cons

Yall please don’t go working there. You don’t have any breaks weather you full time, part time, manager , whatever. You can’t eat, drink, sit down or anything your whole shift. If you have tattoos you will overheat because of it already being hot outside and in the store. The pay doesn’t match to the amount of work you have to do. You can’t really depend on anyone because there’s nobody on the shifts to depend on. The shifts aren’t rotating so if you pick that shift you can’t change it or rotate it. Requesting days off aren’t a guarantee 9/10 you won’t get it. This is a second version of chic fil a. Smh. Turnover is HIGH. Quick to get in , and when you’re in you’ll see why. & they don’t give you a discount if you work there , you want something out the store you gotta ring it up and pay for it out your own money.
