Decent pay, work with mostly cool people. Easy paycheck
Cons
Been at qt for a while, hasn’t changed for better at all. Keep adding more work with no more pay. Have unrealistic expectations. A lot of people say it’s a cult. They want you to look the same act the same talk the same. Drink the kool aid you could say. They say facial hair isn’t allowed due to customers saying people with facial hair aren’t trust worthy. When the police have facial hair so not sure how that makes sense. It’s not 1958 anymore they need to get up with the times. And they wonder why the turn over rate is so high. Females can’t dye their hair anything that’s not a natural color or have any facial piercings besides ears. What other job doesn’t allow beards?
