      Truly lovely team and culture, excited to see where it ends up

      Cons

      Too much hierarchy created too much separation from leadership and the users, led to poor product outcomes and a lot of friction in iteration

      Pros

      Potential for growth Great work environment Good benefits and PTO Quinn does mini "courses" every few weeks to improve skills such as: quote writing, pitching real estate vs travel clients etc.

      Cons

      Work/life balance really depends on what team you're on and portfolio Senior management needs work and should be more hands on Senior management should interact more with junior staff on a daily basis Need to pay more attention to junior staff Too many internal meetings
