Say they value mental health, but in reality don't. - Customer Service Quilter Employee Review

Pros

10% pension. Plenty of overtime available

Cons

This company says they pride themselves on mental health. I have managed to have a breakdown in the office in full view of people including my then manager and someone who was my incoming manager, and nothing was done. Other times when talking to management about mental health I then received an e-mail from the very person causing the issue saying "I understand you've talked to management about this." This time last year the team I was part of had around 20+ people in. Now it's down to just 2. The workload hasn't changed, and processes are just as unknown as they were a year ago. Recent platform change has meant that issues are now being caused by a team that we are unable to get in contact with, meaning that we are forced to go through messages from platform users who have issues, but are not able to do anything other than pass it on.

Pros

Potential for growth Great work environment Good benefits and PTO Quinn does mini "courses" every few weeks to improve skills such as: quote writing, pitching real estate vs travel clients etc.

Cons

Work/life balance really depends on what team you're on and portfolio Senior management needs work and should be more hands on Senior management should interact more with junior staff on a daily basis Need to pay more attention to junior staff Too many internal meetings
