-The office environment is great, with amenities like a PlayStation and scooters for testing, making work fun and enjoyable. -Exciting and challenging work on a product with a strong vision. -Working with the Commercial Director was a highlight, with plenty of room to share and improve ideas. -Tight deadlines keep things fast-paced, though they can sometimes be stressful. -The teamwork between the software and hardware sides makes projects more dynamic and enjoyable.

-Poor workspace culture where certain employees interfare in other's performance reviews, downplay good work, and then claim credit for other's efforts. If the organization continues to throw money at these fools every year, instead of rewarding hardworking employees, no one would be bigger fool than them. -Some people abuses work-from-home privileges for silly reasons and stir up unnecessary drama when others aren't around. -Meetings often get dragged off-topic, making them longer than needed. -There’s a tendency for some to swoop in at the last minute and claim the glory for others' hard work. -There’s no dedicated HR, making it difficult to get official documents or handle HR-related matters efficiently

Exciting work and varying projects to work on. Young and dedicated teams giving everything for the company goals in saving lives with our Technology. Great opportunities to learn new skills and develop existing strengths. Really nice place to work since changes to the culture and working environment.

Challenging team members without team mentality have now left the company making it a much more fun place to work.
