Pros
I started here right after college and have really loved the flexibility in my schedule and the ability to work remotely with occasional/rare travel. I feel like my pay is competitive and recognizes my skills and abilities
Cons
Some of the benefits could be better - 401k match, healthcare insurance options, but they are working on improving those options. Also, there has historically been a lack of diversity in the company, but in the time I have been here, I have seen that shift as well with more women in upper management and more diverse hires across the company.
