Intelligent, hard-working technical staff that truly want to make a difference for their government customers.
Cons
CEO is reactive rather than proactive, which causes a lot of potential growth opportunities to be missed. CEO changes directions on initiatives/growth pursuits every few months, resulting in lost productivity and increased strife related to constant "start/stop" approach to management. CEO does not trust the people that she hires to do their jobs. Micromanages and stifles creativity, staff training and growth initiatives. CEO does not know how to communicate with empathy or understanding of others' viewpoints.
