      Pros

      Free coffee and tea. Occasional ice cream social. Nice location. Your next job will feel like a blessing once you leave.

      Cons

      Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials Lab was a great work place that turned into hell after the JV. New management hired clueless, outside people like themselves to manage highly experienced legacy employees many of whom either quit, decided to retire, or got laid off. Several managers at Q2 Solutions across the entire organization are either two faced and insincere or incompetent.

      Exceptional career growth opportunities, great co-workers, management very supportive, attractive benefit options, everyone open to questions from the newbie and have been very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

      Cons

      It's a very large corporation, easy to get lost in the online help/resources systems.
