Pros
Of all of my experiences, these were definitely some of them
Cons
This broken clock is somehow not even right twice a day. The culture here could not be worse, experienced and high quality employees do not stay longer than a year. All levels of management do not show respect to those below them. Promotions are based on favoritism and how well you can undermine your peers to your manager. The systems we use are older than 90% of our operators, leading to disorganization, time waste, and passing blame. Work/Life balance is not respected and overtime is simultaneously restricted and enforced. HR has been useless because they refuse to hold management accountable for their actions. The micromanagement is unreal. Management will spend an hour arguing with you over a ten minute discrepancy, and highly discourage taking breaks. No career growth.
