Quaity of work, good managers. Several good people across organization.

None i can think of.

Company is trying to grow while still retaining and investing in employees. Industry is alive and well so they remain relevant

Tribal knowledge is as strong here as anywhere, However there are portions of the org that struggle to evolve with changes and new hires making it difficult at times to gain a clear understanding of products and processes as a new hire.
