Used to be a small bank that allowed their employees to think and grow.
Cons
Nepotism. A good old boy's club. If you're not in the "it" crowd, you'll never go anywhere at this bank. They hire friends and family that know nothing about banking just because they're friends and family- leaving long time employees upset, frustrated, and underpaid. The same algorithm goes with pay, friends and family- not hard working, long-term employees. Good luck with this company!
