      Pros

      As "the" administrative assistant for the entire company, variety of tasks to complete daily.

      Cons

      Company does not honor follow through with promotions and salary increases. Communication does not exists. Their hiring process is a joke. They will fire you without notice. Very underpaid employees. President and CFO are very secretive and sneaky. For a small company, not a very pleasant atmosphere.
