Cons
Massive/Frequent layoffs started in 2016. It was like a hunger game and it was very stressful to watch my coworkers disappear day by day. No career development. I consulted with HR and they said " a few special creatives get chance to work on shiny stuffs". Unbelievable. Speaking of HR, never ever thought about giving them feedback or report. They will share everything including your name with managers / exec, and they are just an extension of leadership. I went through this before. Very frustrating. Despite of loss of many accounts, only low level employees were impacted. Most of leaderships are same. Curious to know what was the criteria when company let people go. Was it based on performance? $$ of salary? Either way it's hard to understand why leadership doesn't take any responsibility on business crisis / failure.
