First of all I prefer to work in companies who have smaller work force rather than big bureaucratic MNCs and R-Interactives falls right under this bracket. Here, they believe in building relations with the client as well as the employees for long term growth. 1. My colleagues are very helpful in terms of lending a hand and guiding me if I am stuck somewhere. 2. The clientele list here is diverse which has given me chance to work with different types of businesses 3. There is no office politics or hierarchy structure, everyone is welcomed with their thoughts and ideas.
