      Pros

      I was able to work under the 'then' Creative Director, and he was brilliant. I am not aware of the current situation.

      Cons

      No benefits, no compensation for interns- people uncomfortable to work unpaid should not take this option.

      1) Salary is not up to the mark 2) There is no growth in agency. 3) Not much creative work during my working period
