Good learning environment, you will learn on the job and the company itself has a fantastic owner and knowledgeable techs.
Cons
Work can be given the day of, being up to 3+ hours away. Some of the work are service call based and not project based and you can be pulled from job to job. There are weeks/ months of slow times but the hours can be there.
