NO JOB SECURITY! - Inside Sales Representative R&R Office Solutions Employee Review

THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY! This place goes through reps like you would underwear and seems to be proud of it. There will be another rep responsible for training you because your boss will always find reasons to be out of the office. Sometimes you will be required out of the office assisted by another rep but instead of being trained you’ll end up doing their household shopping or other personal errands with them and threatened to have your job in jeopardy if you say anything. Seems like a family oriented atmosphere but they do not care. You will be told how much of a good job you’re doing then dropped like a bad habit with NO WARNING. Seems like a family oriented atmosphere but lots of gossip and workplace drama. You’re training will be sabotaged because the job security is in such a lacking state that the other rep training you will be scared they may lose their job if they give you credit for anything you do. Constantly discussing management decisions with non management!
