Job Corps is a great organization and deserves a better contract manager.

Cons

Lowndes is poorly run and poorly managed. They say one thing and do the complete opposite. They have no idea how.to manage money, pay, hours, or leave balances. Memos are poorly constructed and often times make no sense. Speaking up is punishable by termination. This is a horrible company to work for. Beware.

R N S Lowndes Management LLC, manage and treat all employees fair firm and consistent. When employees are unable to be trusted to manage and report there time sheets honestly without manipulation, we have to let go. We have been in business since 2017, we are a Service disabled company. Our CEO has fought in two wars and understands the value of treating his employees with respect and honesty. Any employee or partner that violates our core values will not work with us or for the company.
