      Pros

      Great location, frontline employees, and learning opportunities. Wonderful & talented coworkers who are looking for experience, hungry for knowledge and eager to learn.

      Cons

      There is no direction provided to employees, morale is extremely low and the environment is hostile, driven from the top. Employees are blamed for impactful errors vs. the responsibile team. The attrition is extremely high indicating a problem with management and human resources.
