      Good pay On going training Incentives for overtime

      Cons

      Fast paced A lot of pressure Not much support from managers Some weeks working 6 days in a row Not much room for advancement unless you progress to manager/team leader A lot of pressure to do overtime Not understanding when it comes to sick leave Favour towards certain employees
