      Pros

      Fast paced with stretching targets so not for the faint hearted but very rewarding - good pay, excellent overtime rates, lots of "good stuff" going on within the centre like spot prizes for good feedback etc. Feels like a nice buzz around the place.

      Office can get quite cold
