Hold the front page, RAC have fantastic opportunities for progression. I started as a caller handler taking inbound roadside breakdowns, this gave me a better insight into what the company was all about, from there i have progressed through Prestige vehicles, National recovery and my current role which is Technical Intervention Adviser. The company is dedicated in helping their employee's growth and enduring the right job is right for you and your ability's. took me 35yrs outside of the RAC to finally getting my dream job here.
Cons
Cons for me were the shift patterns as open 24/7 but this was during probation period, if you can not get out of bed in a morning working later shifts are not a con,
