-Work itself is interesting and fun, feels like you're making the world a better place -Management is accommodating and reasonable - Company is small and moves at its own (reasonable) pace - Pay and benefits are decent and slowly improve over time - Small company means wearing a lot of hats

- Management doesn't always respect weekends, holidays, etc. (they are getting better about this) - Not a ton of opportunities for advancement - Processes and procedures are very informal

Raisonance has, in my opinion, very favorable work conditions. Everyone is extremely understanding and receptive, takes the work of each other seriously, and working here doesn't feel needlessly hierarchical. The work itself feels meaningful and impactful, which really keeps it interesting for me and my co-workers. It's completely remote too, which for me is a huge plus because commuting is awful.

Most of the time working here is a easy 5 star experience, but every couple months we have crunch times that last a few days or weeks, and they are AWFUL. I realize for a startup in particular that this is inevitable to an extent, but it really bogs down the experience of working here.
