Lot of work ..had spent avg 60 hrs in week (5 days weeks)..learning opportunity Good working environment ONLY for bachelors having no hobbies or interest in life

Management will fire you out of job for unknown 'reasons' on any day... No reward for hard work..as I was told to leave despite delivering quality n quantitative results despite maintaing outstanding performance ratings in the past years!! IT and information dept. executives for the sake of their job interest will go to any extent compromising organization's interest!! Highly insecure job....you will struggle on daily basis to keep your job safe for a day by spending family time in the office!! Almost got divorced due to this job; then finally decided to leave RAKBANK after spending 6+ years!!!
