Top 5: innovative, management cares about employees, good benefits, work environment, ability to voice your opinions and be heard.
Cons
While upper management is excellent to work with, middle managers can be difficult. Growth opportunities could be better. They keep it very clean and the ventilation system was recently re-design in collaboration with OHSA but there are still dsometimes chemical smells.
