Pros

1) The "management" team are just a bunch of spineless lackeys who have no power to do anything - only to carry out the CEO's orders. They are glorified admin people. 2) The "senior" staff are best buds with the CEO, work only 2 hours a day and blame all the company problems on all staff below them. These 2 groups of people have cushy jobs blaming & firing staff while keeping their jobs despite all their incompetence's - and, boy, do they have a lot.

Cons

CEO's HOWARD RUSSELL and JOHN RUSSELL are utterly incompetent at running a business. They are ruthless, money hungry and all-together horrible, horrible human beings. They will pay you a low salary, expect crazy work hours and squeeze everything out of you to maximize THEIR profits. You will then be blamed for their many mistakes and be terminated. HOWARD believes he is a righteous, church-going individual. His and JOHN's comeuppance will not be pretty. The good Lord does not look kindly on hurting innocent people for personal gain. TL;DR: Too many HR violation issues to discuss. Get yourself a good employment lawyer if you still plan to join. You will need them. Good luck.

Pros

Really good group of people.

Cons

Upper Management was really behind in planning for Cloud migration and updating their custom tools. AI was not introduced in their vocabulary even less in their planning. Misjudged the impact of iManage changes to their reseller network. Previous ownership left the new ownership in a lurch.

Pros

Great camaraderie within the Professional Services team — strong teamwork and willingness to help each other out. Solid onboarding and training helped build confidence early on. Team lead worked closely with the project manager, offering support and structure on key projects. Company organized occasional game days and social events, which helped break up the intensity and boost morale.

Cons

Lack of formal management structure — minimal guidance from leadership. No performance reviews or consistent feedback process, which made growth unclear. Frequent overtime expectations with no compensation or time off in lieu, impacting work-life balance. Product delivery and implementations sometimes fell short of client expectations, leading to rework and strained relationships.
