Cons
Traditional company in terms of employee treatment. i.e., bosses still have an exclusive elevator, while lower ranks can only use common elevator, bosses are still isolated inside a cubicle instead of being more open. Too many rank levels to climb compared to other banks and promotion seems not generously given. i.e., lots of employees whose age seems to be too old for their rank Parking area in the building of head offices is not exclusive for employees since there are non RCBC employee tenants. You have to pay P40 for first 4 hours + P50 every succeeding hour in their BGC building.
