Pros
Fun kids, some amazing coworkers, relaxed dress code, and if you are an outbound therapist then the ability to create your own schedule (within the client's needs)
Cons
Will force inbound therapist to outbound if they feel they can take advantage of them (aka college students), no recognition or promotions for outbound (especially holiday parties), lack of communication, managers brought donuts multiple times when there were serious issues (A/C went out for whole building in the middle of 90F summer), underpaid
