Pros
Some really great people that care about your success. There is generally a pretty great culture here, highly dependent on your office though. You learn so much about consulting and real estate very quickly.
Cons
They say that pay is equivalent across offices but that is patently false. Certain offices have higher starting pay, faster promotions, and faster raises and it is definitely not scaled by cost of living. Some senior members of the team can make you feel unwelcome and are quite rude. Can be a lack of transparency behind salary and promotion decisions.
