Pros
supportive staff and management. hybrid working set up - depending on the role there is hardly any requirement for any staff to go into the office. Great environment and people stick around for a long time and move into different departments.
Cons
due to low turnover in certain places unless someone is retiring to get promotion you will need to leave unless a new position is created but this is rare as it is a regulatory board/college.
