Pros
If you have ever worked retail or done inventory work this job is right up your ally. This is a great job if you need flexibility. I have been working for 2 years now and I make well over minimum wage, on average almost 20$ an hour, but yes you have to work for it. I have read some of the reviews complaining about the pay and they are not correct. You get paid for EVERY item on your list if you put in a price or one of the indicators stating why no price was put in. Yes you do get paid per piece, and starting out it does seem like it takes a long time in stores, but once you get comfortable with your lists things really start to progress. There is compensation for travel and they pay for your hotel room and a per diem of 35$ a day if you have to stay overnight somewhere. You do have to be full time to get 401K and health insurance, but full time is 32 hours a week which isn't hard if there is enough work in the area.
Cons
Company grew too fast and is now playing catch up. No comradaty, sometimes it feels like you aren't part of a team or company. You have to be able to work on your own and keep yourself in check.
