"Good Company to Work With" - Associate Director RDX Employee Review

It was a decent job

Sometimes things could be stressful

Be aware that's this is a third party company which they rely on loads from other companies which they don't have the loads they say they have and the only way they are keeping people is by using their safety team leader Barney Graham who use to be D.O.T to write something on your MVR to keep there retention up... They used sub par tractors which they know are will get dinged for points if you get a inspection ...I just got my MVR checked which I did not know I had something on my mvr because I didn't get a ticket but it was put there around the Christmas of 2022, which nothing didn't happen around that time....I've been gone for 6 months working there because I couldn't get this company to fix my truck or give me the money through work to fix the small stuff that was wrong with the truck when I got it...I didn't want no issues but I don't have no choice at this point because this place will mess with your bread and butter and defame you without you knowing...If you are there in orientation and you don't believe me that they don't have any loads look around there yard at how many trucks parked there that are not there's plus they have a sign there for paid parking for other companies to park... All these positives reviews on here are people who they paid or are working in there management.....
