Extremely long hours, the chaos and disorganization, is a constant waste of time, you start on projects and they constantly get shut down for lack of budget or CEO changing his mind. So there's an overwhelming sense of time being wasted. They thrive on giving people titles, however, pay does not remotely match the title.
