The way they do business should be illegal - Customer Success Manager REEF Technology Employee Review

I was employed by Reef Technology for about 6 months and was let go while I was at a funeral. I was unable to answer the two phone calls they made to me and when I went to apply for unemployment was told that I was fired by Reef for not showing up to work because I did not answer two phone calls. Honestly, I think I am legally still employed by them. No one in the entire company knows what they are doing and everything is kind of make it up as you go. They did not get the funding they were wanting in April 22 and let an entire company they had purchased 5 months earlier go. I feel like that is a huge sign that they don't know what they are doing. If you are thinking of joining the team here I would think again because it is a company that does not value its employees and has no idea what they are doing. It's a rudderless ship and would steer clear.
