      - Knowledgeable colleagues with years of experiences developing viable solutions - Work life balance

      Cons

      - Stingy when it comes to compensation and packages - The management is thinking that AI could replace years of institutional knowledge with AI - Constantly changing organizational structure, including the recent major reorganization where people were let go with bare minimum packages, including the ones in paternity and maternity leaves - Other countries are treated like secondary class employees - Worst HR in 10 years of experience working in IT, never giving straight answers just constantly making excuses about mistakes that they did
