Cons
Project manager was awful, without question the worst I've ever worked with. Called me on Teams to have me perform a task while he watched with his stopwatch running, before concluding how long it should take to complete X repetitions of said task.
On another occasion was asked to email a minute by minute account of how I used my time while stuck on a problem waiting for a colleague to call back to help - presumably as evidence to present to management.
Finally, having handed in my notice, in my final week I noticed this same project manager timing me on my lunch break with his stopwatch (and subsequently fabricate an excuse that it was his barometer playing up!).
Worst of all, 2 years after leaving they refused to provide the most basic reference for a job application. Highly unprofessional and unpleasant in this regard, with no good reason. Be very careful if considering working here.
