Cons
Terrible benefits, limited upward mobility, resistant management that has unrealistic expectations of their employees and no understanding of their employees workload. Constant turnover due to aforementioned concerns and despite turnover unwillingness to make changes to retain talent. Processes are overly complicated and management unwilling to listen to the voice of the employee and better yet the customer. The primary focus above all is keeping investors paid, even if it means laying off an entire teams. No work life balance and immense pressure to get 12hrs of work completed in 8. No general appreciation for employees, no bonuses, raises, performance reviews, basically very limited to no structure for advancement.
