Pros

You will be connected with a lot of people and companies. Unless you cannot spell your own name, you dont need this program. Sales is sales - no matter what

Cons

Parking - horrible with no chance of getting better. Forcing people to move to the road doesnt help. This idea is to make people more productive - nope. REVGEN leadership pretends like bad things dont happen, They do. You will get a PIP and be gone in 30 days.

You're right, sales is not rocket science, but make no mistake that it is 100% a science. Furthmore, it takes grit, consistency, and accountability. That’s why we coach, support, and celebrate success, and yes, holding people accountable when expectations aren't met... calling that out as a flaw is like blaming a treadmill for not doing the running for you. As for parking: welcome to Raleigh. We’re growing quickly, and while no city has perfected parking, we continue to invest in solutions that balance convenience with productivity. At the end of the day, plenty of people have built long-term careers here. Some discover sales isn’t their calling, and that’s okay too. But let’s not confuse a wrong fit for what it is.
