      The pay is fair, it's relatively a chill environment depending on who your manager is

      Cons

      RG Group is relatively small, so opportunities and resources can be more limited than at large construction firms. I personally knew I wouldn't stay for more than 2 years especially since working hours in the construction industry are pretty long.

      Hello, I believe you reviewed the wrong RG Group. We are based out of York, PA and are a manufacturer and distributor of motion control and fluid handling products and solutions. We also do not have locations in LA.
