Pros
Some coworkers are nice. No other pros.
Cons
Bad job, very disorganized. Management is too lazy to cover shifts from call outs. They expect staff to be stuck at the house if the next shift’s staff cannot make it. I was stuck working for 32 hours straight with no breaks. Management does not communicate well with each other or with DSPs. There is no scheduled lunch time you have to eat with the clients. However most of them have food seeking behavior so I have to wait until they are asleep to even eat or else they will take the food from you. You can’t leave them alone in the house or clock out for lunch, you have to watch them at all times. Expect to work overtime or get your full time hours cut because management is not good at scheduling. Don’t expect to work the hours discussed in your interview, they will schedule you on shifts without your approval. They will put you where they need staff.
