      Cons

      Politics and Cronyism is rampant, with several upper management being toxic and vindictive. 'Leaders' set lofty goals and new business models and simply force the planning and execution down instead of guiding their members on how to achieve them. Some 'leaders' claim individual success for team's work but are quick to push blame to others when lofty targets are not met.
