Pros
There once was an excellent company called Recovery Innovations. The staff were dedicated. People got the care they needed. Pay was decent enough if you had a college education.
Cons
Upper management was replaced with the worst form of person found in the behavioral health field - sociopaths with behavioral health licenses and MBA's after their name whom are driven by one thing - MONEY.

Hi Anonymous, I was saddened to read your above post. You are correct that there has been a significant amount of change over the past year. I would welcome the opportunity to share with you some of the reasons behind the changes, as well as get your thoughts about how we can preserve the dedicated staff and quality services that have ensured people receive excellent care. Ultimately that is why we are all working at RI, and our team is committed to continue with the mission of this company. Please contact me at your convenience; I would so appreciate the opportunity to hear your ideas!

Schedule, pay, and most of the teammates are good to work with. Can do what you want if you show up for work or even if you don't. Get to really help someone and have an impact on their life every now and then.
Cons
Bad leadership from the top down. No enforcement of policies and procedures other than the RI way which means almost no one gets turned away no matter how problematic they may be. Employees not held accountable for being late, missing work, not doing there job, etc. No room for advancement that's worth it. Most clients view it as a shelter.
