RI International has made many significant changes over the past 1 1/2 - 2 years to help improve clinical best practices across the company. We are continually re-evaluating potential improvements and implementing more advanced technology to assist all of our staff be able to completed their jobs more thoroughly and effectively. Many of the new additions over this past year have been a collaborative process and have made a significant impact on the quality of services we provide to the people we serve. I am looking forward for the continue improvements, advancements, higher expectations and growth.
Cons
There have been several changes over the past year or so and that definitely makes an impact on employees, especially employees that have been working here a while. I would encourage employees to ask questions and get involved in the changes to help make it a smooth process for them.
