Pros
Generous annual leave provision, flexible working available for some, hybrid working between home and office
Cons
Outdated, unpleasant offices - working spaces are cramped and tired, everything feels broken. No value given to professional expertise. Rather than engaging with staff and empowering them to achieve exciting new things, Board dictates infeasible priorities without any budget or resource to deliver them, having just made swathes of staff redundant. Other staff members have been left at risk of redundancy for months with no timeline for reaching a decision. A single 2% pay increase for staff since 2020 (with inflation around 9% and members’ subscription fees having been increased by 7%) Very few opportunities for career development and progression
