Great culture Success breeds success Excellent commission structure After 5 years, I will look back on my career here with many good memories. Working at Rig has given me the opportunity to move to the United States to begin a new recruitment role there.
Cons
Recruitment/sales isn't for everyone, there are a lot of knock backs but if you take them with a pinch of salt then you will earn good money and can have a great career. It is down to the individual to be successful.
