Pros
- Flexible program (but not extraordinary in IT)
Cons
- Some managers are poorly trained, they do not have a relevant experience. - Recently brought managers are playing behind-the-scenes games, totally lacking in transparency. - Employees brought "on connections" without any experience and put forcefully put into teams - At times tense, unprofessional, with many small-interest groups. - Employee evaluations (if any) are rarely and are not fairly done. - There is much talk, but another should do the work. - Internal employees: neglected, have to work hard for few benefits. - Employees for clients: once in reallocation (after their projects end) they become useless - There are no career opportunities but it is not surprising with this strange management. - Culture? Values? Respect? no way - Very many profiteers. - Doubtful shareholders. - The crowded area.
