Too many red flags - Regional Vice President RISE Residential Employee Review

Pros

Nothing sadly, lies from getting verbal title and pay by phone and Co owner saying he wasn't involved with firm. Bad training, I hoped that this would be my last company but guess I was so happy by one owner that I let red flags be minimalized.

Cons

Never paid vendors. Utilities get turned off, never communicated full list of expectations, training was grossly lacking, met 1 higher level employee after hired for 30 min, blamed for everything in past. No flexibility and they'll sit and watch staff using cameras on each property. Week after working without reason they downgraded job title. Promised higher level and travel plans flying and little driving. But ended up driving 2 hrs one way every day and got old quickly- was not part of hiring conversation.

Pros

RISE has a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, and it has been great to work across such a wide range of properties. I have the opportunity to collaborate with many levels of the organization, from leasing agents and on-site teams to upper management, which allows me to learn and contribute to a variety of projects. My supervisor is extremely kind and supportive, and I have greatly enjoyed my time with RISE.

Cons

No major concerns during my time with the company.

Pros

Paycheck and beautiful community with kind residents

Cons

Lacks accountability, very reactive, unrealistic expectations, gives behind their "faith based" approach which bears no righteous fruit.
