      This company has tons of opportunity for advancement and professional growth. The other project engineers are extremely helpful in teaching newer members of the team the RK way. Quality over everything, Excellence is the goal. I thoroughly enjoyed working for this organization

      This Company thrives on the hard work of its employees. This includes early mornings and late nights.

      If I got give a negative star review on this company I would. NOT A SINGLE PRO OF WORKING HERE.

      Cons

      Low pay. They have fired an entire devision in one go with no warning or reason. Learning&Development has never created training for the sales team. Gaslighting. Force people into roles they do not want, only other option provided is quitting without notice. Change sales goals on a daily basis and punish for not completing a goal you were never made aware of. company has NEVER made a single new sale in UT. MASONGISTIC IN EVERYWAY.
