Horrible - Mechanical Design Engineer RKI Employee Review

Horrible employee dignity. Micro management. The production and engineering managers do not have the education and skill to manage. Just because they are family members, I don't think they deserve management position. BRAD always abuse employees. Employee turn over is so high.
