      They care about their people, take the time to recognize hard work and contributions to the team. They actively seek to make sure people feel appreciated. They go above and beyond to make sure their people are aware of company direction and opportunities for advancement or new experiences. They recognize demands during busy season are a lot and make efforts to appreciate and support staff with meals and morale opportunities

      Cons

      Busy season is a reality of accounting so be prepared to work a lot February to May. RLB tries to support staff with meals when working late and celebrating when we reach the finish line.

      Terrible management Extremely long hours during tax season. Employees working 80hrs or more per week are celebrated Low pay, expected to generate clients, all time is tracked and time budgets assigned to files are unrealistic

      There is great work life balance. They are very inclusive to all team members. They offer amazing perks throughout the year, but especially throughout busy season.
